By Anna Grejman is the wife of Bartosz Kurek. Anna’s husband is a Polish pro volleyball player who was born on 29th August 1988. He is a part of the Poland national squad, and competed in the London Olympic Games in 2012, Rio Olympic Games in 2016, and Tokyo Olympics in 2020. He won the 2018 FIVB World Champion, 2009 CEV European Champion, and also the winner of 2012 FIVB World League. The volleyball star currently plays for the Wolfdogs Nagoya at a pro level.
Born in Szczecin, Poland, Anna Grejman who is now known as Anna Kurek was born on the 8th of June 1993. She is also of Polish descent and a volleyball player just like her husband Bartosz Kurek. She is a part of Poland women’s national volleyball squad and the Polish club Polski Cukier Muszyna. She won the 2014 Polish Cup with KPS Chemik Police.
Anna Grejman Career
The 29-year-old women’s volleyball player earned the Polish Cup in the 2013-14 season, her first achievement of Polish Champion with the KPS Chemik Police. Following this, Anna shifted to Impel Wrocław and played for a single season. She then moved to Polski Cukier Muszyna in 2015 where she still plays with the team.
In her initial days, Anna was a part of the Poland U-20 national squad. In 2010, she led her national team to the Junior European Championship where they finished tenth place and in 2011, she and her team participated in the FIVB U-20 World Championship and finished ninth place. She made the Senior Polish national squad debut on June 26, 2013, in a match against Cuba in the 2013 Boris Yeltsin Cup.
Besides her being a professional volleyball player and the wife of Bartosz Kurek, not all is known about Anna. She has not shared any information about her family at all. Many reports have also pointed out that Anna is a discreet person and doesn’t like any attention from the media.
How Did Anna Grejman and Bartosz Kurek Meet?
It’s not exactly known how Anna and Bartosz met but since both are of Polish descent and also play the same sport, they were somehow destined to be together. Though we do not have many details about their relationship, it is reported the pair have been dating each other since 2017. Anna and Bartosz are both very private when it comes to their personal matters so it’s understandable why there is very little information about these two lovebirds. But one thing we know for sure is that the couple has always been supportive of each other and their careers and at the same time kept their relationship strong over the years and always faced hardships together and overcame them. No wonder they are still inseparable to this day.
