Taijuan Walker is an American baseball pitcher who just received the incredible distinction of being chosen as a 2021 All-Star. Apart from his achievements in Major League Baseball, Taijuan has taken pride in representing the Mexico national baseball team in international competitions. His outstanding contributions to the team have further cemented his reputation as a very talented and adaptable pitcher. 

Walker was chosen by the Seattle Mariners with the 43rd overall choice in the first round of the 2010 MLB draft. He signed a contract with the Mariners with a $800,000 signing bonus. With the Rookie League AZL Mariners, he appeared in four games (all relief), going 1-1 with an earned run average (ERA) of 1.29. 

Baseball America placed Walker as the fourth prospect in the Mariners’ top ten prospects for the 2011 season. He was rated as the second-best prospect in the Mariners organization and the 20th-greatest prospect overall prior to the 2012 campaign. Walker was chosen to participate in the All-Star Futures Game in 2012.

Born on April 18, 1992, Heather Restrepo, also known as Heather Restrepo-Guenther, is Ginnie Restrepo’s daughter. She’s a native of Washington and was raised in a big blended household among twelve siblings. Joshua Ellis, one of her brothers, was killed in an automobile accident in 2014 when he was 28 years old.

 

Prior to attending Western Washington University, Restrepo participated in athletics as a student-athlete in Auburn, Washington. At Auburn High School, she lettered in volleyball and played basketball.

 

For the 2010–2011 season, she was a member of the WWU Vikings roster. She had an internship in digital media at Aston Manor in Seattle before earning a marketing bachelor’s degree in 2015.

It’s unclear how Restrepo is now employed. Even so, she is becoming more well-known online in MLB circles and is not very active as a parenting influencer on YouTube and Instagram.
