Randy Arozarena González, a professional baseball outfielder with the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball (MLB), was born on February 28, 1995, in Mexico City, Cuba. He once participated in baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals. 10 home runs by Arozarena in the 2020 postseason broke the MLB record for most in a single postseason.


He won series MVP honors after four of them came in the 2020 American League Championship Series against the Houston Astros. He received the AL Rookie of the Year title the following year. Arozarena has represented Mexico’s national team internationally since leaving Cuba; he was selected for the World Baseball Classic 2023 all-tournament team.

Randy Arozarena professional career 

Randy Arozarena is only the second player in MLB history to have 20+ home runs in each of their first two seasons, which is a fantastic start for him. Mike Trout was the only other player to do that.


Arozarena played 19 games for the St. Louis Cardinals in 2019, making his Major League Baseball debut. He was dealt to the Tampa Bay Rays in early 2020 along with José Martnez and the Cardinals’ Competitive Balance Round A Draught Pick.
