- Maryana Naumova
Maryana Naumova is a powerlifter from Russia. Naumova was the youngest to bench-press 154 kg when she was just 15. And is deemed the First Lady under eighteen to take part in experienced powerlifting games.
Throughout the years, this young girl has successfully built a profession in powerlifting and has participated in various powerlifting contests, and brought laurels to her country. Growing up Naumova was an active child and her passion for workouts only seems to get stronger each day. She can easily lift over 330 pounds.
- Kyle Kane
At the age of 12, while most kids are busy playing with toys, Kyle could deadlift 308 lbs and has set a world record for the Strongest 12-year-old. He is also nicknamed Little Arnie. When Kyle was just four, he had already started kickboxing and a black belt holder when he turned nine. His weightlifting journey began when he was just ten years old.
“It feels sensational to have broken a World Record, it’s not something many 12-year-olds can say they’ve achieved. But this is just the beginning. I want to keep breaking records and setting a new World Record every year if I can.”
His superhuman strength comes from training in the gym four times a week and can change course 272kg (600lb) with his legs, 140kg (309lb) deadweight, and bench-press 90kg (200lb).
- Richard Sandrak
Originally from Ukraine, Richard Sandrak shifted back to the US at the age of two. He started to exercise briefly after he came to the US, beginning with light stretching and technique in martial arts.
The rigorous everyday training of Sandrak consisted of 600 sit-ups, pushups, and 300 squats. Sandrak is nicknamed Little Hercules. By the time he was only six years of age, Richard could easily bench press an outstanding 82 kg (181 lbs).

Yang Jinlong is from Anhui Province, China. He brought many laurels to his country by winning various lifting contests. When Jinlong was only nine months old, he could hold up an oil drum that weighed around 11 pounds. By the time he was seven, he could already pull heavy automobiles.
His resilience is extraordinary. He could lift a weight bag weighing 39 kg (88 pounds), and 90 kg (200 pounds), and can lift weights like a professional. He can also easily carry his father without a sweat.

Jake Schellenschlager, the lad who made headlines back in 2014 for setting world records in powerlifting. At the age of 14, he could lift 136 kg (300 lbs), which is around the same weight as a baby elephant.
He started powerlifting when he was 12 years old. According to Jake, watching his dad inspired him to follow his passion for fitness and lifting.
“I wanted to do the same thing so one day I started lifting. When I was 11 I was watching my dad lift and I couldn’t just watch anymore, I had to do it,” he said to The Sun Online. “That day me and my father knew my future was going to be bright for lifting.”

Naomi Chaya Kutin is a well-established powerlifter. She began her career of lifting at the incredibly young age of eight. Throughout the years, she has specified different norms for her tournaments in a few weight courses.
Kutin could lift three times her body weight. She has also bench pressed 147 kg (325 lbs) and deadlifted 165 pkg (365 lbs). Her exercise routines are comprehensive. Her warm-ups comprise an elevated volume of weighty metal and an advancement of snorts. She is nicknamed The Supergirl.

Back in 2017, Hosseini’s father published a tape of the son’s passion to play for Barcelona and become the next Lionel Messi when he grows up. His video then went viral and gained fans from all around the world.
