The Denver Nuggets of the NBA have their share of ups and downs and till now they haven’t won an NBA championship but that doesn’t mean that they’re a weak team. It’s just that luck isn’t on their side yet. The Nuggets have witnessed some of the most remarkable players and it was extremely difficult to filter down the 8 best Denver Nuggets of time.

  • Alex English

Originally known as Alexander English, this popular American basketball player (former) was born on 5th January 1954 in Columbia, South Carolina. He is 2.03 meters tall and weighs 86 kg at present. He completed his schooling at Dreher and graduated from South Carolina College. His NBA career started in 1976 and went on till 1992. With the position of small forward, he also had a coaching career of 11 years from 2002 to 2013.  

  • Dan Issel

Born on 25th October 1948, Dan Issel is a renowned American basketball player (former) of Illinois, U.S. He is 6ft 9 inches tall and weighs 107 kg. He completed his early education in Batavia and graduated from Kentucky college. His NBA career began in 1970 and went on till 1985. His coaching career went first from 1992 to 1994 and then from 1999 to 2002. As a player, he played for Kentucky Colonels from 1970 to 1975 and then for Denver Nuggets from 1975 to 1985.

  • Chauncey Billups

Born on 25th September 1976, Chauncey Billups stands as one of the most loved American basketball players (former) of all time. He is 6 ft 3 inches tall and weighs 95 kg. He completed his schooling at George Washington of Denver and college in Colorado. His NBA career began in 1997 and went on till 2014. As a player, he played for several teams including:

With the position of shooting guard, David played for different teams as well.
