Instead, he gives preference to those who genuinely care about the club and its success. This summer, Chelsea underwent a huge transformation as 13 players left the club because of a fire sale. However, the Blues have also signed three new players: Angelo Gabriel, Nicolas Jackson, and Christopher Nkunku.
Pochettino emphasised the importance of winning as the ultimate goal when speaking to the club’s official website. He understands that to do this, the squad must have talented players who can perform well on the pitch. He emphasises that rather than merely managing personalities, the emphasis should be on individuals who give their best and contribute to victory.

Chelsea is anticipated to keep bolstering its roster as the summer transfer season continues.
